Gardenside is located just 16.6km from the Melbourne CBD. With easy access to both the Nepean Highway and to Beach Road – there are two convenient routes into town from Gardenside. If you prefer to take public transport, Sandringham, Highett and Cheltenham train stations are not far away. There is also a bus route (no 822) out the front on Bay Road which goes past the train stations, Westfield Southland shopping centre and Chadstone shopping centre.

A number of reputable schools are in close proximity to Gardenside including Sandringham College (0.3km), Haileybury (3km), St Leonard’s College (3.3km), Mentone Girls Grammar (5.2km) and Brighton Grammar (5.6km). Sandringham Primary School (1.7km) is just around the corner.
